@Atitarev, Cinemantique, Wikitiki89, Wanjuscha Are the 2nd and 3rd defns correct? My dictionary doesn't say "rigging (of elections)" or "fraud" but I got that from ruwikt; instead it says "juggling (of facts)" but I'm not quite sure what that means. Benwing2 (talk) 00:57, 25 June 2017 (UTC)
