In your usex:

1. a mistake in transliterating الْأَطْعِمَة (al-ʔaṭʕima) as "al-ʾaṭʿam". It should have been "al-ʔaṭʕima" or al-ʾaṭʿima" in the previous style.
2. mixed up two transliteration styles: ʕ and ʿ. Wiktionary:About Arabic
3. no capitalisations please - hāḏā, not Hāḏā
4. ة after a consonant is "a", not "ah", the only exception is the usage after an alif, as in فَتَاة
