- @Aryamanarora: Yes it is. While hindi has only the -ना (-nā) suffix to form infinitive verbs (रोना (ronā), पीना (pīnā) etc), Konkani has atleast 3: -चे (-ce) (which I use at wiktionary. e.g.: रड्चे (raḍce, “to cry”), -अप (-ap) (which is used here) & -पाचे (-pāce) which is colloquial. All verbs can go by all these suffixes. So आसप (āsap), आस्चे (āsce) and आस्पाचे (āspace) all mean "to be" , from Sanskrit अस्ति (asti). माधवपंडित (talk) 01:20, 7 June 2017 (UTC)
