@Barytonesis: Woops, it's an unforseen consequence of the harmonize_length function in Module:grc-accent. I'll look into it. — Eru·tuon 00:16, 15 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Basically, it thought the lone feminine alpha ending was the same element of the word as the unmarked initial alpha of the masculine form, so it added the length mark to the masculine form. I can think of a few ways to fix this. — Eru·tuon 00:21, 15 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
