Keep. It is in some monolingual dictionaries, such as 兩岸詞典 and 现代汉语规范词典. It could have idiomatic meaning ("to get back to a particular state") that doesn't seem to be easily understood from just 回 + 到. — justin(r)leung (t...) | c=› } 21:45, 30 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
