Just to make it more readable. It doesn't have any consequences, Chinese "·" like Japanese "・" make it a bit easier to read long and compound loanwords, names, etc. A hyphen "-" or m-dash are also used but · is a Chinese symbol. I noticed articles use the same word with or without · in the same article, so · is, of course, optional. Does it need usage notes or alternative forms (with nothing or hyphen) or do you oppose having the symbol altogether?

Go ahead, if you want. It's not in archived sources but it's quite common on the web. What about marking it as "neologism" and "rare" and not worry about RFV or RFD?
