The small Korean dictionaries I have only have that glyph in words or phrases (it is hard to tell if they are words or phrases), but the general meaning is "side" or "by". The entry was created by a creator of problematic Korean entries, KYPark. - -sche 18:54, 5 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
@TAKASUGI Shinji, Eirikr, can you take a look at this? In particular, as the original poster notes, the synonyms section lists words like "armpit" that correspond to definitions that aren't listed (if they are valid at all). - -sche (discuss) 22:21, 14 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
