Searching for "A&O+4" on Google and Google books is totally unproductive. Adding 'medicine' outside the quotes in both cases is equally unproductive. I was going to put this at RFV, but I don't think it would be possible to find cites. — [Ric Laurent]20:39, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Looks unlikely, as does AVAP by the same contributor. --Hekaheka 22:16, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
There aren't even any results on Google for the abbreviation and its expansion (taken together), suggesting that if this is legit it isn't common at all because nobody is writing about it. That probably excludes it. Should go through RFV really but this contributor has been making a bit of a mess. Equinox 22:22, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Glad I'm not the only one who thinks (and says) so... Going to add AVAP to rfv. — [Ric Laurent]22:39, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
As I said on RFV, the specific user may use these in his workplace without them being used elsewhere. The time to assume good faith is fast running out, we should start speedy deleting anything from this user that gets zero Google Books/Groups hits. --Mglovesfun (talk) 23:23, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I couldn't find any evidence for this. Deleted. SemperBlotto 07:13, 16 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It's used to remember LOC. Maybe it would be easier to find by searching for A&O plus four or Alert and oriented plus four. I'll find a good source for it.Gtroy 07:20, 16 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
