A claim about the origin[edit]

A post on this page [1] from "Doug Edwards, Google Director of Marketing and Brand Management from 1999-2005" says: "Xoogler is a term I coined when I left the company on 3/4/05. Others who had left prior to that wanted a Google mailing list set up for former employees and I decided that would be a good name for it. It was the latest in a long line of "oogler" based words, which began with "Noogler" -- the term I assigned new employees when I ran the weekly TGIF company meetings." Now I wonder what the other -oogler words are. – Jberkel 16:09, 21 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
