I have never heard or known about this phrase, and Google didn't give me anything either. Just because every Chinese words and phrases have Sino-Vietnamese reading, does not mean that those words and phrases are used or even exist at all in Vietnamese, written or spoken.PhanAnh123 (talk)
In that case, we can send it to WT:RFV or WT:RFD. The etymology came from the Chinese Wiktionary. —suzukaze (tc) 06:08, 22 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
Speedied. Made by the same problematic Fortune Town Thai user. Couldn't find uses in the first ten pages of GBooks- there was only this very rare sense of "the three practices" in Buddhism (corresponding to Chinese 三行 and encompassing phước hành, phi phước hành and bất động hành), which someone can recreate it with if so inclined.
