None of the citations is durably archived. The first two are mention-y, and arguably mentioning the Czech word rather than an English word. - -sche (discuss) 19:34, 22 March 2016 (UTC)

Agreed: "Burčák is a name" and "known as burčák" are both mentions rather than uses and thus do not meet WT:ATTEST. On a less conclusive note, the authors of the first two quotations are Pavel Kopřiva and Daniela Lazarová, obviously two native Czech speakers, and the publication venues are "Státní zemědělská a potravinářská inspekce" and "Český rozhlas" ("Czech radio"), Czech-titled venues; all of that casts doubt on whether these quotations should be accepted as English. --Dan Polansky (talk) 10:03, 27 March 2016 (UTC)
