I could only find two quotes, and both of them used the term in italics, which looks like code-switching to me. I think this definition is only really used in Spanish. OTOH, I did find plenty of uses of the word to mean a slipper or sandal, and I added that definition along with citations. Kiwima (talk) 21:58, 2 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
