Proto-Mon-Khmer *ɟuʔ[edit]

@PhanAnh123 Hello. Are all syllable-initial j converted to ɟ, or is it an error? (I've also noticed in some entries that you used j for Shorto y. We should probably document these conventions in Wiktionary:About Proto-Mon-Khmer.) Wyang (talk) 15:05, 9 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Shorto's y corresponds to IPA and SEAlang dictionary /j/ while Shorto's j corresponds with /ɟ/. I decided to use the items from the SEAlang dictionary.PhanAnh123 (talk) 15:23, 9 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
@PhanAnh123 Thanks for the clarification. I created a draft at Wiktionary:About Proto-Mon-Khmer to explain this; please feel free to add anything to it. An example 'About' page can be found at Wiktionary:About Proto-Sino-Tibetan. Wyang (talk) 15:27, 9 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
