scarf is a Scottish word for "cormorant". I.e. it's not a separate sense, it's just a Scottish synonym of the first sense. --Lvovmauro (talk) 02:00, 3 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
RFV-resolved (sense removed). This is just a particularly bad/confusing example of the general issue that, especially in Wiktionary's early days but apparently still today, people sometimes add(ed) glosses like "# (UK) flavoured <br> # (US) flavored". - -sche (discuss) 09:39, 14 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
