Tagged by Astova, not listed (“Chaucer is Middle English (enm) and quote looks dubious (neither with v nor with u found here, modernised in spelling?)”). J3133 (talk) 21:06, 19 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Synchronically an alternative form of convenably, although OED says it is a separate French borrowing. There's some stuff in Google Books. This, that and the other (talk) 07:56, 20 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
This is scantily attested after 1500. I could only find two uses [1] [2], although I can find other editions of these texts which substitute convenably or suitably. This, that and the other (talk) 10:34, 1 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

RFV-failed. The two cites found by This, that and the other show that it lasted a short time into the early 1500s, but not enough to pass RFV. I converted the entry to Middle English. Kiwima (talk) 23:09, 10 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
