- I can't find the requested Holland quote; I suspect an error.
- I searched EEBO for disord and disorde and got many results, but most of them are actually for words like "disord'red", words with illegible final letters ("disord··") or transcription errors (for instance, the scan did not capture the last letters of the word "disorder" but the transcriber didn't notice that it was cut off).
- Looking at the original scans on which EEBO is based, I added (at Citations:disord) the only two cites I could find where the word "disord" has definitely been used, and one for "disorde". I suspect some of them may mean "discord" rather than "disorder" - in the 1652 cite, compare the collocation to sow discord; and in the 1583 cite, note the contrast of "disorde" with "vnity".
