Rfv-sense: to influence heavily; to tend to control or persuade. I am unfamiliar with this sense, except possibly as included in the two other senses. DCDuring TALK 20:07, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
- I would think it would more like "to trick" or "to con". I think there is substantial authority for this meaning, and I don't think it falls under the senses of "overwhelming" or "having an advantage over". bd2412 T 20:28, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
