Voi räkä![edit]
Apparently this is the Google Chrome "Aw snap!" error message in Finnish. Does it mean we need a new sense here, or a separate entry for that phrase? Equinox ◑ 16:49, 31 January 2017 (UTC)
- This is merely one of many possible variants of a voi + (expletive) construction; a usage note that räkä can be used as a mild expletive might suffice.
- …But then again, what cannot? You can find hits for ad hoc expletive phrases such as "Aw pants" or "Oh my pancreas", but I don't suppose that means that "pants" or "pancreas" should be recognized as having an expletive sense all by themselves.
