Cited. Transplaining (one "s") gets nearly 3000 hits on Google. I suggest that be treated as the primary form. This is also used by trans people and allies to refer to (typically heavy-handed) attempts to explain trans issues to cis people. Rhys Ernst is a trans man, and Cole Escola is non-binary. I've roped allies into the revised definition because Lucy Bannerman (GC) used it broadly. Also used as a synonym of cissplain, though I couldn't find a third print cite.
