This is a word that could be but it appears that it isn't. Google finds only one use, BGC nothing. This sole use is from Nov 10th 2012, 11:58 in this thread of discussion [1] on the Economist's discussion page. Entire comment: "Unless smothered successfully, a major scandal involving hundreds of billions of dollars and the high-speed rail system is breaking, and it seems to have gathered some momentum in Hu's wrarninga about corruption and how it endangers the economy and government. The New Yorker carried an excellent bit of investigative journalism last week, as has the NYTimes and censor as you may, a lot of it is leaking out at the fringes.
