Added two from Usenet that definitely count under current practice; the other online ones would require approval. There's also a dubiously valid magazine quotation, which I've added as a comment. (What's dubious is whether the quotation even appeared in the magazine, as the issue it's apparently from doesn't seem to actually include it.
