Quality control for Han characters

A bot (ruleset with 100+ rules) was being run as User:UllmannBot to format the Han character entries; other details are still being fixed. There is entirely separate code in another bot to check the work, including looking for things that the ruleset either can't fix, or that confuse the ruleset. (e.g. missing language section dividers make sorting languages more difficult)

The radical numbers were added separately, as were some corrections to Korean Yale.

The following are the reports for each row (256 characters), no report means that the wikt has no entry for any character in the row.
