That just means that you don’t have Khmer capability on your computer. You have to the Khmer fonts and a shaping engine (usp10.dll) that is recent enough to display Khmer. See http://www.alanwood.net/unicode/khmer.html and http://www.khmeros.info/drupal/?q=en/download for example. It helps if you have Windows Vista, but you have to have the fonts and a recent usp10.dll. If you don’t, then you might ask a friend who has Windows Vista. —Stephen 13:16, 18 August 2008 (UTC)

Hi,

I'm looking for the correct translation to Latin of "Only God can judge".

The two most common translations seem to be:

"Deus solus me iudicare potest"

and

"Deus unus me iudicare potest"

I'm looking for a translation that most closely emphasises the 'can' (i.e. permitted/allowed), vs is able/will, etc.

Dummy? Where's the word "dummy" here, Stephen? "I love you, my tender (or delicate)". Я люблю тебя, моя нежная. The incorrect romanisation doesn't make "neznaya" into a "dummy". Most Russians wouldn't know how to write Russian words in Roman letters and there are too many standards.
