Methods: The epidemic data of HFMD in Zhanhe District from 2008-2011 were analyzed with descriptive epidemiology. Results: A total of 1 956 HFMD cases were reported in Zhanhe District from 2008-2011, the average annual incidence rate was 192.21/lakh, the severe rate was 8.08%, and there was no death case.
