(deprecated template usage) Probably coined by Simeon Hayden Guilford ante 1905: (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Latin ben(e) (well, properly) + occlusion (alignment of the teeth in closed jaws), after malocclusion (misalignment of the upper and lower sets of teeth).
