[edit]Coined by C. G. Costello in 2014. Latin ipso means "at the very same" (gender as they were assigned), compare ipso facto or ipso substitution.

[edit]- Of an intersex person: identifying with the sex they were medically assigned; having a gender which matches their assigned sex.
