Etymology
From Lua error in Module:parameters at line 290: Parameter 2 should be a valid language or etymology language code; the value "fiu-fin-pro" is not valid. See WT:LOL and WT:LOL/E., likely from Proto-Uralic *tulka. Cognates include Estonian sulg and Hungarian toll.

Usage notes
The word "feather" has two translations into Finnish: sulka which is defined above and höyhen which refers to the shorter and softer feathers that cover the bird's body. Closest to the skin is the fine untuva (“down”) which helps to maintain body heat on cold weather.
