Etymology[edit]

“to adjust the parameters of singing voice synthesis software”
Wasei kango (和製漢語), orthographically borrowed from Japanese 調教(ちょうきょう) (chōkyō), which was in turn a semantic readaptation of Chinese 調教调教 (tiáojiào, “to train”).
