From Middle High German vuore (journey, fodder), from Old High German fuora, ultimately from the root of פֿאָרן (forn). Cognate to German Fuhre, Polish fura.

פֿור (furf, plural פֿורן (furn), diminutive פֿורל (furl) or פֿורכל (furkhl)
