     حلقه زلفش تماشاخانه باد صباست
     جان صد صاحب‌دل آن جا بسته یک مو ببین

     halqa-yi zulfaš tamāšāxāna-yi bād-i sabā-st
     jān-i sad sāhib-dil ānjā basta-yi yak mō bibēn

     The loop in her locks of hair are a theater for the zephyr breeze;
     Look at the souls of a hundred wise men, bound there to a single hair!
