طَلَعَ (ṭalaʕa) I, non-past يَطْلُعُ‎ (yaṭluʕu)

  1. to rise (especially of heavenly bodies)
    تَطْلَعُ الشَّمْسُ مِنَ الشَّرْقِ.taṭlaʕu š-šamsu mina š-šarqi.The sun is rising from the east.

      wabī minka mā law kāna bi-š-šamsi lam taluḥ , wabi-l-badri lam yaṭluʕ wabi-n-najmi lam yasri
      I feel a love for you that if the light of heaven felt, the sun would not shine, nor the moon rise, nor the stars begin their nightly journey.
