- ʾātū-nī zubara l-ḥadīdi ḥattā ʾiḏā sāwā bayna ṣ-ṣadafayni qāla nfuḵū ḥattā ʾiḏā jaʿala-hū nāran qāla ʾātū-nī ʾufriḡ ʿalay-hi qiṭran. fa-mā sṭāʿū ʾan yaẓharū-hu wa-mā staṭāʿū la-hū naqban
- “Give me bits of iron.” Until he dumped equally high between the two mountain cuttings. He said: “Blow.” Till he made fire. He said: “Bring me molten copper I pour upon it.“ And they could neither scale nor penetrate it.

- laysa min baladin ʾillā sayaṭaʾu-hū d-dajjālu ʾillā makkata wa-al-madīnata wa-laysa naqbun min ʾanqābi-hā ʾillā ʿalay-hi l-malāʾikatu ṣāffīna taḥrusu-hā
- There will be no land onto which the Dajjal will not step but Mekka and Medina and there will be no passage out of their passages not guarded by angels in line to guard them.
