Etymology
[edit]偶然 (ぐうぜん, gūzen: “accident”) + 察知 (さっち, satchi: “perceive”) + 力 (ちから, chikara: “ability”)
This Japanese word was newly created by Dr. Shigekazu Sawaizumi as the translation word for serendipity, in his publication in 2002.[1]
