Borrowed from English 24/7, while the reading kaksi(kymmentä) neljä seitsemän is a calque of English twenty-four seven.

Either as kaksikymmentä neljä seitsemän, kaksi neljä seitsemän or kaksi neljä seiska (the final i of kaksi may be omitted as usual in colloquial pronunciations)
