Delete. This is largely superflous to Category:English idioms, IMHO. Currently has 7 entries: angels dancing on the head of a pin, bite, fox in the henhouse, god, one's marbles, piss more than one drinks, raised by wolves. --Dan Polansky (talk) 07:19, 18 January 2014 (UTC)
Category:English live metaphors[edit]

- None of the entries in the "live" category seem "live" to me: with the exception of "bridge too far", which is at least perceptibly of recent coinage, none seem different from other metaphors. I have deleted the "live metaphors" category. - -sche (discuss) 08:29, 2 August 2015 (UTC)
- The "English metaphors" category is added by
{{lb|en|metaphor}}, which is undesirable; it leads to "god" and "bite" being categorized as metaphors; I have removed the "metaphor" label and categorization from Module:labels/data. After null edits to all 18 entries in the category, only 3 remain: one's marbles, piss more than one drinks, raised by wolves. I have moved the latter two to Category:English idioms and deleted Category:English metaphors. - -sche (discuss) 08:29, 2 August 2015 (UTC)
