@Atitarev, Cinemantique, Wikitiki89 Could you review the defns here and at сломаться? I'm not totally sure they're correct. Also, in the meaning "be obstinate", does it have a perfective? Benwing2 (talk) 23:20, 8 March 2016 (UTC)

- (e/c) Your breakdown of perfective equivalents is wrong. поломаться can apply to any of the senses. сломаться refers to one single complete act of breaking, while поломаться refers to a complete stretch of either multiple acts of breaking or a continuous act of breaking. --WikiTiki89 23:36, 8 March 2016 (UTC)
- @Atitarev, Wikitiki89 OK. Anatoli what do you think? Should we not mention the perfectives? My dictionary lists the perfectives of ломаться more or less as I've given them; сломаться is defined specifically as the perfective of ломаться in the relevant senses while поломаться is defined both as "to break; to break down" and as the perfective of ломаться in the sense of "to pose, to mince" (rendered as "to be coy; to put on airs"). - Yes, поломаться applies to all of them but сломаться only to some you have listed. You can change but the important piece of info is that сломаться shouldn't be used with some of these (the last two). Maybe pf — полома́ться (polomátʹsja) should be used only with them.--Anatoli T.
