@Justinrleung, Geographyinitiative, Dine2016: I chose 告訴我了 as I think there is an ambiguation of 我爸爸告訴了我要去哪兒 in its written form. It could be:

• 我爸爸告訴了我[要去哪兒]_clause。My dad told me where to go.
• 我爸爸告訴了[我要去哪兒]_clause。My dad told [someone] where I am to go.

But, I'm okay with either 我爸爸告訴我了要去哪兒 or 我爸爸告訴了我要去哪兒. Dokurrat (talk) 10:49, 30 May 2019 (UTC) (modified)
