Surname is also found in 教育部重編國語辭典修訂本, with 哈銘 as an example. However, it seems like 哈銘's surname should be read as instead. Now, there's also a surname 哈 used in the Song dynasty, as seen in 百家姓, but I'm not sure if it should be read as or . — justin(r)leung (t...) | c=› } 13:57, 15 January 2018 (UTC)
I've just checked 國語一字多音審訂表. The 1999 version (the one still in effect) does not mention the surname, but the 2012 revision draft says that the surname should be read as . The 2012 revision isn't in effect yet, but I think it's safe to say that reading the surname as is the standard in Taiwan. — justin(r)leung (t...) | c=› } 01:51, 5 February 2018 (UTC)
