Etym of the verb sense[edit]
@Wyang, Dokurrat, any other Chinese editors:
I'm guessing that the "to give one's daughter in marriage; to give as wife" sense and secondary Old Chinese pronunciation /*nraʔ-s/ is the root noun form /*nraʔ/ + Old Chinese causative suffix /-s/, resulting in a meaning of "to cause to be a woman"? ‑‑ Eiríkr Útlendi │Tala við mig 01:37, 1 December 2018 (UTC)
