Discussion from Wiktionary:Requests for cleanup

[edit]

Bad capitalization in the (bad) header, templates are English but L2 is Translingual, etc. Perhaps @DCDuring has an idea of what part of speech template etc it should use. - -sche (discuss) 20:10, 31 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Similar issue with Sphaeriaceae. - -sche (discuss) 20:11, 31 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
Both obscure. Contributor seemingly confused both on format and content. DCDuring (talk) 20:56, 31 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
In Calamariaceae they used the label "phycology", which refers to the study of algae. The Calamariaceae seem to have been vascular plants- definitely not algae. Even with a year of college botany classes, I wouldn't be comfortable creating an entry for an old higher taxon for extinct organisms, but fools rush in where angels fear to tread.
