As defined ("A character by Dr. Seuss in a satire about discrimination") I don't see how this can pass WT:FICTION. Does it have a generic attestable sense? There are already two citations of some kind. Equinox 21:21, 23 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

There does seem to be a generic sense - someone or something that is subject to discrimination based on an arbitrary criterion - and three of the cites support that sense. However, it is upper case. Move the entry and change the definition? Kiwima (talk) 22:25, 23 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
