Rfv-sense "An emoticon that conveys happiness".

I was always under the impression that this emoticon had connotations of cutesiness and/or playfulness.

It has always been cute/playful for me, and I wonder why so many older emoticon references say this is just a smile. Definitely needs to be updated, maybe the happy definition can be marked as rare? AntisocialRyan (talk) 04:32, 22 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
