Translations and abbreviation[edit]

Shouldn't the translations on this page be at the unabbreviated form? They are, after all, not translations of the initialism itself. bd2412 T 21:46, 26 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It’s unusual for a language to have an abbreviation for this. Most of the time you have to write it out...or if the corresponding parties both know English, then they can use the English abbreviation. —Stephen 00:22, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Also, "Wow, That's Funny!" although not quite as common.

For (deprecated template usage) WTF meaning "Why The Face". The one quotation there already is (A) not serious and (B) a mention, not a usage. Fugyoo 11:17, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I also tagged "Wikileaks Tasks Force", because I suspect that this sense doesn't meet the "spanning at least a year" criterion. -- Liliana 11:52, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
