- Well, I'm not used to things like haired and headed having -ing forms. The odd thing here is that the obvious cognate balimbing has that other meaning in the Philippines; why would they use the name of a fruit to mean "turncoat"? Equinox ◑ 12:43, 8 November 2015 (UTC)
- If I were beheading you, I might find myself belimbing you as well (for shits and giggles, I suppose). Or at least that's the sense I expected to see. IMO turncoat, as a reference to a piece of otherwise obscure English history, is no less strange when decoupled from its origins. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 18:07, 8 November 2015 (UTC)
