The sense “Pompous or arrogant...” seems to be a nuance of the first sense. I have not been able to find citations in which only “bearing” is clearly referred to (and not “speech”), and I believe this would be essential in order to establish this sense. Otherwise, the ideas of pomposity and arrogance could be added as a parenthesis to the first sense. (Aabull2016 (talk) 19:17, 17 December 2016 (UTC))Reply
