Created in 2017 by a sock of an editor known for creating protologisms. This does pop up occasionally, but the definition is surely wrong, and I'm not sure there are enough uses in durably archived media. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 06:35, 2 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

How to quote the use here[1] as the title of a letter to the editor without any surrounding words? Just the word on its own? Vox Sciurorum (talk) 13:47, 3 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
Should be adequately cited now. The 2016 use refers to removing Trump's name from one of his properties. The later uses (after the page was created) refer to removing Trump from power or removing the effects of his presidency. Perhaps the first sense is not adequately attested -- I stopped looking after finding one pre-2017 use -- but the second is. Vox Sciurorum (talk) 14:00, 3 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
I see the same two senses in Trumpification. The use in 2005 is about Trump as a brand name, the same as the use of de-Trumpification in 2016. More recently the word is about Trump as a political force. Needs two senses or a more general definition. Vox Sciurorum (talk) 14:12, 3 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
