Rfv-sense:

  1. Somebody who fears or hates pedophiles

This article from last year in the Federalist warns against the word taking on such a meaning. (Today "pedophobia" is defined simply as a fear of children in the same sense that acrophobia means a fear of heights.) So unless we have something else, that would seem to be an imaginary use.
(Even if some people do use it this way, it would seem to be a rather odd situation of using a word in a way they disagree with rather than than straightforward use of the word, and so a simple definition with this meaning would be misleading.) kwami (talk) 06:14, 9 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
I added a 1993 use of the related word pedophobic in the challenged sense, from a Department of Education report quoting a NAMBLA newsletter. Vox Sciurorum (talk) 10:09, 9 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
In the same vein, pedophile should then mean, “Somebody who loves pedophobes”.  --Lambiam 12:35, 9 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
