I assume you mean used in English. Wikipedia spells it differently - Saray helva. DonnanZ (talk) 18:18, 10 February 2023 (UTC)

Should be moved to where? The common Turkish spelling is saray helvası. In general, the English spelling halva for the stand-alone noun is more common than helva. I don't know whether this carries over to this compound.  --Lambiam 20:33, 10 February 2023 (UTC)
