Texit (uncountable)

  1. (US politics) The proposed secession of Texas from the United States.
  2. (Transportation) The process whereby a motor vehicle unlawfully exits the highway via an unpaved or undesignated area, in order to access a frontage road.
  3. (Transportation) Any such unlawful pathway used for such a maneuver (see above).
  4. (Australia, politics) Synonym of Tasexit: The proposed secession or expulsion of Tasmania from Australia.
