The shortening pronunciation shouldn't affect the transliteration, if it's decided so, it could be done in the pronunciation module and it's not an isolated example, no need to provided alternative transliterations for each word where long final vowels are shortened. "ʾanā" is fine as is with a macron, the pronunciation section have more detail. --Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 04:39, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Could you clarify what you mean? --Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 06:31, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

How is your gloss for يَهُودِيّ (yahūdiyy) any better when it contradicts with the entry? — surjection?21:00, 8 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your reverts[edit]

What's your problem in diff and diff? You seem to enjoy reverting. مَحْبُوس (maḥbūs) from حَبَسَ (ḥabasa, to arrest, to apprehend; to imprison) means "a person under arrest" in Hans Wehr and other dictionaries, which is the same as "captive" or "prisoner". I'm going to restore the translations. --Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 01:55, 10 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
